Tournament Overview

This tournament consists of two legs.  Leg 1, a local home club tournament and leg 2, the Shoot Out Weekend at Pot 8’s in Rotherham.  

The winner and the runner-up of each home club tournament shall proceed to the Shoot Out Weekend with the chance to win up to £3000 in addition to their home club winnings!

The Home Tournament (Sunday 30th March)

The home tournament, in the first instance, is restricted to 16 players per venue.

The tournament draw will take place on Thursday 27th March.  

This is 2 weeks prior to when the home venue tournament is due to take place on the weekend of Sunday March 30th.

The home tournament pays out to the top 8 players in each venue:

  • Winner – £200
  • Runner-up – £150  
  • Semi-finalist – £100 
  • Quarter-finalist – £50.

Two players, the home club winners and runners-up get the invitation to attend the national Shoot Out Finals at Pot 8’s and will be in with the chance of winning the main prize, an additional £3000.

  • Round of 16 and quarter-finals – race to 5. Scheduled for 10:30 and 11:30
  • Semi-final – race to 7.  Scheduled for 13:30.
  • Home Club Final – race to 11.  Scheduled for 16:30.

Should players wish to stop over we will recommend local accommodation upon entry to the tournament.

The Shoot Out Weekend (Sunday 4th May)

Every player that gets to the finals weekend collects a further share of the prize fund as well as from their home tournament.  

The overall winner, potentially banking £3200 should the home leg be won as well.

  • Round of 16 and quarter-finals – race to 5.  Scheduled for 10:30 and 11:30
  • Semi-final – race to 7.  Scheduled for 13:30.
  • Home Club Final – race to 11.  Scheduled for 16:30.

  • Quarter-finalist – £375
  • Last 16 – £200
 Tournament entry deadline:  Monday 7th April 22:00. 
 
*These figures are based on 128 players entering nationally.  Prize funds subject to change, increase or decrease, based on the actual number of entrants.
^The overall tournament winner shall win the main prize of £3000* and the leg 1 winners prize of £200 or leg 1 runner-up prize of £150.   
Each home club venue to receive £50 towards lights.
